I was awakened by White Crown sparrows singing outside and when I went out to the alley, I saw a Lark Bunting with some probable Clay colored sparrows flitting around. I saw it again half an hour later by 16th and Pearl. This is only the second time I have see our state bird in the downtown area. I have also noticed that Say's Phoebes seem comfortable in the parking facilities and maybe nesting there. Lonny Frye
