I guess I should have said I am surprised that ebird had this as a choice
as they first ask the location and then provide a list of birds that are
possible in that location. I think it would require adding this species as
'rare' addition but that should followed by their warning that this species
has not been reported there.  So I'm wondering if there is  glitch on ebird.
