Breeding records for Barrow’s Goldeneye are scarce in Colorado, but do exist. 
There were a few observations during both the first and second Colorado 
Breeding Bird Atlas field periods, all in northwestern Colorado, at least one 
of them in the Flat Tops Wilderness Area.
