The morning was foggy with the sun finally peaking out around 11 AM which 
the birds became active. Twenty-three Bird Species were captured including 
three new species for the season (Hermit Thrush, Red-eyed Vireo, Pine 
Siskin).

Red-eyed Vireo- 1
Clay-colored Sparrow- 1
Gambel's White-crowned Sparrow- 2
Lincoln's Sparrow- 7
Green-tailed Towhee- 2
Orchard Oriole- 1
Gray Catbird- 5
Yellow-breasted Chat- 2
Swainson's Thrush- 1
Hermit Thrush- 1
Brown Thrasher- 3

*8 Recaptures/ 1 Return*

Brown Thrasher- 1- return banded as a Hatching year in 2017. 6 Year-old 
bird!!

The Banding Station will be open tomorrow through Saturday from sunrise 
until @ 11:30 AM. 
A Magnolia and Blackburnian Warblers were observed at the station this 
morning.
