With Pomerine Jaeger on my mind, I visited Boulder and Lagerman Reservoirs
this morning. No jaegers, but impressive waterfowl and a few late
shorebirds.

Lagerman had six Wilson's Snipe, three Long-billed Dowitchers, three
Black-bellied Plover, a Greater Yellowlegs, a Least Sandpiper and a dozen
or so Killdeer. There were quite a few Northern Pintail, several Canvasback
and a lone Wood Duck among 500+ ducks on the water.

Boulder Res. had the continuing Pacific and Common Loons and a
lone Red-breasted Merganser.

Sandhill Cranes continue streaming by...

Best,

Peter Burke
