I think you really miss my point.

I **personnally** think that the example you give are not practical
example for **coccinelle**.

The two examples you gave:
   1) Do not contain C source file + SmPL
       which was the question I was asking.

   2) Moreover
         http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-5004
           --> "QRegExp doesn't support this. There's a task somewhere
asking for support to be added."
           then seeking for the appropriate task I found:
         http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-2371
          --> Priority:   P4: Low
               Resolution: Unresolved
               Fix Version/s: Some future release

       concerning:
         http://caml.inria.fr/mantis/view.php?id=4872
            Reproducibility: have not tried
            Date Submitted: 2009-09-22 21:12
            Last Update: 2009-09-22 21:12

So the first may not be implemented any time soon and second
is more than a year old without further activity beside the initial.

I am an almost silent and pleased listener of this list because:
   - I am quite pleased with current coccinelle feature
   - I learn a lot simply reading **practical examples** from others
   - I find Julia and others responsivness very good and don't to
abuse of their time.

Now speaking **only for myself**, I found some of your e-mail not precise enough
to be useful so I break my silence.

Now I will certainly return to my silence and won't bother you again.
