Version 1.0.0-rc8 is now available from the website (not yet from the PPA
or github). The changes of most general interest are:
* Iteration is allowed to make modifications when the -in_place argument
is used.
* The recently mentioned j<CONSTANT> problem has been solved. It will
just give a warning if this code is encountered without the -c++ option.
The resulting parse will also likely be incorrect, as all of j<CONSTANT>
will be considered to be a single identifier. But at least it is better
than a crash.
