Hai Sijay,
I think you are using the REMOTE_ADDR/ LOCAL_ADDR server variable in asp page
In the case of a network, <o:p></o:p>
When the asp page is hosted in my machines IIS <o:p></o:p>
and browsing from the same machine it will give the IP address of my machine for both
 <o:p></o:p>
REMOTE_ADDR and LOCAL_ADDR<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
and browsing from any other machine in the same network it will give <o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
LOCAL_ADDR as the IP address of the machine where the asp page is hosted
and<o:p></o:p>
REMOTE_ADDR as the IP of the machine from where you are browsing the page <o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
I tried the URL you given earlier in more than one machine in the network; it will
give the same IP in all machines<o:p></o:p>
That happens because I am working in a proxy, so it will give the IP address of the
server machine only. How should I identify each node in the same network separately?
Is there any way?<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
In my case I want the Dynamic IP address using windows application not web
application. How should I get the LOCAL_ADDR server variable like value in my C#
Windows Application?<o:p></o:p>
Regards,<o:p></o:p>
Cenray<o:p></o:p>
