Hi,

Talking about shortcuts, we had a session by Kashi at the Bangalore UG,
where in he shared some of the practical and difficult_to_find
shortcuts and tips and tricks with Visual Studio.NET IDE.

You can find the presenation at
http://www.msnusers.com/bdotnet/Documents/Presentations%2FSession%5FFeb%5F28%5F2003%5FVisual%20Studio.NET%20Tips%20n%20Tricks.ppt

Kashi, if you are reading this, besides this ppt
is there any other ppt/doc that you prepared for
the same ? If so, do mail us.

2 of my favourites that I use quite often are

    1) the incremental search feature, type Ctrl+I and type in the search string, as
you type it
    searches.

2)In the find box, type a > followed by a
command. The find box can be used as a commandline(comes
in useful when you want to save space and dont want a separate commandwindow) by
prepending
    the command with a ">"

    If I say

    >immed

in the find tab, an immediate window is opened.

    Cheers,

    Dolly
