Hi,   when you createa user control , your ascx file will also have a coed behind file 
right ? That is a .cs file. This C# file is just like any other C# program. So the you 
can write remoting code in this cs file the same way you could write remoting code 
into a normal windows application.   When you install the framework SDK, you get some 
code samples that show you how to do remoting. You might want to take a look at those 
to see how you can call a remote object. The same kind of code can then be put into 
the code behind file of an ascx. Does that clear things up ?   Rosh
