Declare the form2 and create the instance of the same. 

Set the tabpage by:

frm2.TabControl1.SelectedTab =  TabControl1.TabPages[1];

Where the TabPages[1] is your second tab.

Now show your form

frm2.Show();

i have 2 forms form1 and form2
i click on a menu link in form1 to bring form2.
form2 has 2 tabpages add (tabindex 0) and modify (tabindex 1).
when i click on the link to form2 i get the 'add'tab page.
but i want make a link from form1 to 'modify'tabpage of form2
how can i activate the 2nd tabpage in the form without clicking in the tab.?
some one plz help
