Thanks Praveen the solution u gave does works nicely .
i hve put the authentication logic in separate class and used
[STAThread]

this to load mdi form,.

also now i wan to work with forms collection that is my prob is on toolbar
button click everytime a new instance is created wich i don wan if a
instance already running in memory and loaded so use it .
plz tell.
