Hi everyoneI have a question about my shih tzu, not my cockapoo but you guys are a lot more helpful in this group! :) I adopted Trixie from the pound about a month ago. She's about a year and a half old. At first she had a lot of behavior problems but she has become more adjusted. There's just one thing. She pees in her kennel. When i first brough her home I thought it was because they just left her in a cage all day at the pound. She never tried to go to the bathroom on the carpet or anywhere in the house. I started leaving her out with Twister in his room and she did good for about 2 weeks and now shes going to the bathroom on the carpet. I started putting her back in the kennel when I'm not home and overnight but she still pees in there. I don't know how to break her from doing this. Do you have any suggestions?
