True but the puppies are usually sold, they suffer in the fact if they have health issues which sadly many of them do, puppy mill dogs don't get any extra care they are just bred to pump them out, the real shame is the parents who live in cages often not big enough to even stand up in and never get to run in the grass, never get the attention that they need, never get to play, its just so darn sad, the conditions are usually deplorable and sadly the dogs know nothing more, the puppies at least go to the stores but its a cycle for each one sold another is put there. 
 
Agree there should be a law but for every puppymill closed down another opens up.
