What looks like aggressiveness in a 10 week old pup is actually quite normal, she is  playing with you as she would be with her litter mates.  Growling and snarling at that age is nothing more than play, how you to react to it is what sets the stage as she grows older. 
 
At this point between the age of 7 weeks to 14 weeks a pup goes thru social interaction, this is when the most rapid learning happens, their attention span is real short, however when they do catch on its permanent.  With lots of patience (not much different than child rearing) she will outgrow this stage.
