The coconut oil will help with your allergies but you no longer need the omega fish oil. It is too much oil. For the coconut oil to work best I suggest you give it 3 times a day. Does your dog weigh 60 pounds?  The dosage is 1 teaspoon per 10 lb. or 1 tblspn  per 30 lb. i have used it for years. Great stuff. The dosage is only a guideline, some dogs actually need less. It takes time to tweak the dosage. I have an 8 lb dog that only needs 1/4 teaspoon once a day. cleared up itching and stain.   Mj  YAHOO!
