My mother who is elderly, purchased a cockapoo puppy a week ago
today, 8 weeks old male, very smart and sooo cute. The problem, as
soon as we got home we put him down to go to the bathroom, he
strained for a long time and finally passed a small pinkish amount.
The next day we called the guy we bought him from, and he swore that
he had not had that problem, bull, at first he said he would return
mom's money, then he lied and said he did not say that, he would pay
for the vet bill and if it was something genetic or chronic, then we
should have the pup put to sleep, send him proof, then he would
return the money. he had two other pups, but did not offer to
exchange pups. We took Benji to the vet and he said the dog had an
off the chart UTI, Urinary Tract infection. he did not understand
how a pup so young could have an infection so bad, and does not know
what the future holds. Benji is on a two week regimen of
anitbiotics, if this doesn't work the next step would be to run dye
and xray to see what is going on. The pup seems fine other than
this eating, drinking playing having a ball. it just makes me so
mad that this guy who sold the pup, would not be honest. oh and
this was supposed to be his favorite of the three, i feel sorry for
the other two. i don't know what the outcome will be, but this
idiot will not get him back. just wish i could get my mom's money
back and keep the pup.LOL
