I even asked his vet was he too heavy she said not at all he is just right for his height and bone structure!!! They look for the curve around there waist area as long as its there, they don't consider them heavy. And yes his daddy was a mini poodle weighing 18lbs and his mom a cocker at 24 lbs. When I got him at 8 weeks he was 4 lbs.
