This is the 3rd time I have seen this.

May I ask why you two have cockapoos if you think they are prone to being
mean??
Did you not do research on the breed before you brought the puppy? You are
doing a lot of research now which is good, but generally people do this BEFORE
they pick a breed to be their life long friend. Then you would not be here
trying to stir the pot. Maybe you should have checked out the breeder a
littler better, if she is a good great breeder I would think she would help
you more than just saying there has never been a problem before.

I am tired of this,so this is my last time to say: for me (and until now the
people on the cockapoo list) the Cockapoo is the perfect pet for me that's all
I have ever gotten from them if love and a friend I would give my life for.
There are not many people I can say that about. And the postings lately is the
reason why my signature states my way of live. You have just added two more
people the this list of my reasons to love my dogs.

I have seen aggression on this list and the cockapoos haven't been the typing
or been involved.
Just humans. So I would suggest if you two want to just proof people wrong
and not discuss - I for one hope you do go and start a group where you can
fight and say whatever you want without someone giving their opinion or
discussing the issue.

I am now going to go and love my doggies and thank heaven they are my
cockapoos.....

Ugh....this part of my post didn't show up so I'm trying for the
third
time.

If you type "aggression in Cockapoos" into Google or other search
engines, it comes up with a variety of websites one of which is about
temperament and says: "Considering how it is bred, it is inevitable
that the Cockapoo would have an amiable temperament. It is friendly
and loving to its family, other household pets, and even strangers (as
long as they are welcomed into the home). The breed is generally
easygoing, but should be supervised when interacting with young
children. Training is essential to eradicate any aggression that may
exist naturally in the breed. It longs to please its owner, so
training them should prove unproblematic." (NOTE it says that
aggression may exist NATURALLY in the breed)

The North American Cockapoo Registry also has information at this
