Right, that's the version from Ubuntu 20.04 final.

That's the version from Ubuntu 18.04 final. On 18.04, you can install a recent
cockpit from bionic-backports: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports
(Or upgrade to it)

We don't do a PPA any more, as we put new versions directly into the official
Ubuntu backports.
