From your description, your app would use official APIs. So in theory, it doesn't matter if your app is just presenting a web view (like a lot of apps).
But considering that the interpretation of the App Store Guidelines can vary depending on the reviewer or the weather forecast, the only way to know if your app will be accepted is to submit it to the review process.
