Thanks, even more reason to ditch it then, because it probably won’t work even if I manage to set up the constraints in XCode/IB , I’m going to give it til end of play tomorrow if I’m still getting no where then Auto-Layout is going into the great bit bucket in the sky and I’ll go back to something that actually works, I should have realised it would be naff, anything with that much hype is nearly always naff!
