I discussed this issue at length with Apple engineers several months ago. They made it clear that they were undecided at that time about the best way to handle this situation, but they strongly indicated that putting the helper app packages into any subfolder of the Contents folder was inadvisable. As an interim meaure, they advised me to put the helper app packages at the root level of my application package's Contents folder. I've done that, and it seems to work. I don't know whether their advice would apply to a prefpane, but I suspect so. -- Bill Cheeseman - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Quechee Software, Quechee, Vermont, USA www.quecheesoftware.com PreFab Software - www.prefabsoftware.com _______________________________________________ Cocoa-dev mailing list ([email protected]) Please do not post admin requests or moderator comments to the list.
