It means something tried to insert nil into an NSMutableArray, which
is not allowed.
I can't seem to find where I should look to trace for this problem,
even though I thought this could be happening because I'd done
something wrong related to CFRunLoop.
Break on objc_exception_throw, as well as -[NSException raise] if
you're using Tiger or earlier.
