My problem with the wrappers for SQLite was more that in addition to bing third party many are old, documentation is sparse (and I'm novice with Cocoa), and using them seems to put too many links in the chain -- additional places for misunderstandings (on my part) that will slow me down. I think I can deal with the SQLite 3 API directly, for what I need.
