Those are not the sources for CoreFoundation. Those are the sources for 'CFLite', which is a dumbed-down version of CoreFoundation used by IOKit. The real CoreFoundation is not open source. There is no guarantee that CFLite and CoreFoundation are the same. In fact, there are known differences.
