Is this a trick question of some kind? Took me about 60 seconds to find the icns file, and 5 seconds to open it with Preview: $ open /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources/GenericFolderIcon.icns Then pick the size I want, cmd-C, cmd-N, cmd-S, and save it as the type I want. > Artifacts and ugliness.
