I successfully created three snapshots, but the fourth attempt caused
this error dialog to display:
Snapshot Failed Unable to change file attributes for “/var/folders/CR/
CRs8eiKnE+ypMJe9J-Mz9k+++TI/-Tmp-/XcodeSnapshots/ArchivedDirectories/
MyProject/2008-12-24 09:45:51 -0600/BFOSManagedObject.m”.
The Console/Log Files/system.log, when searched for Snapshot, includes
such statements as:
Dec 13 20:30:53 71-81-38-112 Xcode[138]: +dataWithFirstBytes:1024
ofFile:"/Users/coutwin/Development/MyProject/WorkingCopy/MyProject/
SnapshotLog" failed, errno = 22
Dec 20 10:06:18 71-81-38-112 Disk Utility[276]: Unable to attach
“SnapshotRepository.sparseimage”. (Resource busy)
I was able to recover from this error once by deleting and recreating
the BFOSManagedObject.m” file, but now that doesn't work. Rebooting
doesn't work either.
I'm usingMac OSX 10.5.6 with Xcode 3.1.1. I'm not using any other SCM.
