Hey, My plug-in certainly does not need to crop an image while being compiled by IBTool, I have no idea why that function is called, but I can't really debug it. It turns out the solution was really simple though, once I knew where to look. I simply wrapped the call to lockFocus in an @try/@catch. I really should have done this in the first place, but I didn't write the code. ;)
