i'm trying to set the desktop background from an app, but i've noticed that it will not work if the user has their desktop settings set to change. so i'm trying to uncheck "Change Picture" from the System Prefs (or change TimeInterval to Never in the com.apple.desktop.plist) before setting the new desktop background.
