Tooltips are kind of static
Just found out "Always Diplay Tooltips" flag in the IB. I think that
refers to the "setAllowsToolTipsWhenApplicationIsInactive:YES" ,
turning that ON makes things work .. I don't know why it didn't work
in the first case..
