Use -[NSWindow standardWindowButton:] to get a pointer to one of the buttons in the titlebar; doesn't matter which one, but you may want to use NSWindowToolbarButton if you're putting it in the upper-right. Then use -[NSView superview] to get at the view that encloses the titlebar, and add your view as a subview.
