Use +[NSBundle bundleWithPath:].

Be aware that some apps will use UTIs, and some won't.  Apps can
declare that they own a certain type (UTExportedTypeDeclarations) or
that they can open a type owned by someone else
(UTImportedTypeDeclarations).
