What is the bug? That the several MAI THOs occupy the same space and
are not stacked on top of each other like a series of ACUTE ACCENTs?
I would not call this a bug: as I said, this never happens with real
Thai words. Same as in French there are no words having more than one
ACUTE ACCENT.
But if you explain what you would like to happen, then maybe someone
has an idea how to acconplish this.
