You couldn't find it because it's a forum, not a mailing list, and not listed in the same place at all. Entirely understandable. Visit http://devforums.apple.com to get to the iPhone forum. iPhone development is basically the same at the low level (Foundation, etc.) but once you get into the GUI, UIKit is considerably different (although often conceptually similar) from AppKit.
