I want to display one view on top on the other view, so according to the documentation, I nest the topmost view inside the background view.
It works just fine except that the mouse move messages are sent to both the subview and the superview, whereas I'd like them to be directed only to the subview when it's visible. Why is this happening? I used to think that normally the same mouse messages cannot be delivered to more than one view. What is my mistake?
