There is no such thing as the iPhone OS Emulator. It is the iPhone OS Simulator, the major difference being that there is no guarantee that the Simulator will faithfully reproduce everything that occurs on a particular iPhone OS device. The simulator attempts to maintain the API contract of the iPhone OS SDK, not necessarily all of the behaviors that you will encounter on a real device.

Trust what you see on the device. It is what your users will experience. But you haven't provided enough information for anyone to really assist you at this time...
