I repeat. I'm not interested in any specific app. I'm just seeing my machine lock up periodically. By being able to see how many events are flying around *the whole system*, I can attempt to correlate that with the lockups I'm seeing, and get a better handle on whether or not this is the problem *I'm* having.

It isn't speculation. :)

If you think your app is hitting this bug, you don't need to *count* Apple events; you need to know the return IDs of the Apple events that you are
sending. That's easy to find out. m.
