We (The Omni Group) do not support 10.3 in any of our shipping products except OmniDictionary. Currently shipping versions of OmniGraffle and OmniGraphSketcher require 10.5, the rest require 10.4.8. We publish statistics from our Software Update utility at http://update.omnigroup.com.
