Thank You

also (now unrelated to the paths) when drawing strings into context using NSAttributedStrings is there a way to specify that the text is to be drawn vertically with the Font attribute or some attribute on NSAttributedString directly? or do I have to explicitly transform the context with [transform concat] then draw the string and reverse it?

for example on pc, when using CreateFont, the 3rd parameter is the angle between the escapement vector and the x-axis of the device

Hi, I been trying to figure out how to get the Bezier path for a character
in different fonts,

We actually have a developer sample that covers this, <http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/SpeedometerView/index.html>. Take a look at bezierWithFont: in the SpeedyCategories.m file.
