MacOS and iPhoneOS are 2 differents platforms. Simply use the iPhone
SDK and UIKit will be there.

There is currently no such public API available from Apple, as there
currently no touch screen Macintosh computers being made.
There is support for some limited multiple-touch detection and
gestures using input from the trackpad on laptop models, but it does
not seem to be what you are asking about.
