When the user scrolls. I wasn't sure if to post my query into the webkit-sdk mailing list or not. As UIWebview implemented UIScrollViewDelegate in IOS, I assumed the question was best directed to this forum, as I had hoped to find a Cocoa solution that had somehow eluded me.
