Interesting, but as a courtesy note to everybody, those of us who write and use 3rd party tools that depend on xcode-select that are not from Apple, this variation may not work since the underlying internal layout of Xcode using /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer mostly mimics the old /Developer root and these tools probably haven't been updated to work with two different variations of the path.
