Hi,
up until now I've been assuming that CFUUIDCreateString() returns strings
using uppercase letters. There's lots of empirical evidence that it does do
that, but nothing in writing.
NSUUID's -UUIDString documentation also suggests uppercase characters being
used, but doesn't commit to it either.
Anyone with authority here to confirm that assumption?
