Hi Scott, My older builds show the tooltips fine on 10.9 (compiled against 10.8 SDK with Xcode 4.6.x). Weirdly, some dev builds from quite recently also work. These are compiled against the 10.9 SDK but XCode 5.0 or 5.0.1 (a bit hard to say for certain). Something changed in XCode 5.0.2 it seems. Surely this has to be an IB bug?
