Hi,
after removing the C/XIncludeSAXConnectors I would like
to change the SAXConnectorInterface.
We added the setSitemap() method some time ago to make
the CIncludeSAXConnector work.
As it is not needed no more we should remove it to
avoid any problems with this hack.
Any objections?
