I managed to consistently get a Null Pointer Exception when reloading the sub
sitemap sample, after changing the timestamp of sub/sitemap.xmap. To reproduce,
with my environment:
 1. Java 2 SDK 1.3.0_02, Tomcat 4, Cocoon 2 CVS dated Jun, 27th
 2. Start tomcat and request /cocoon/sub/welcome
 3. touch sub/sitemap.xmap (change its timestamp)
 4. Request /cocoon/sub/welcome
Cocoon should produce the exception in the attached cocoon.log.
