I was trying to adapt WebLogic5.1 Server JSP into cocoon2. I now have implemented that using RequestDispatcher.include(). This is due to WLS specific problems trying to load the weblogic.servlet.JSPServlet directly! Sadly I haven't found a ways to implement this WLS neutral.
