I just came around this note in the CocoonServlet.class:

// FIXME (NKB) It is not true that !this.cocoon.process(env)
// means only SC_NOT_FOUND

I looked through the sitemap, but saw no other case when
false is returned than resource not found.
Can someone else approve that?
