Arrgh. I've re-read this and I'm not making sense. Here's another attempt.
The only file with a problem is faq. The reason faq is a problem is due to
the fact that the data is called faq and the stylesheet to transform it into
the document dtd format is faqs2document.xsl (note the extra s).
So, since the additional processing looks for {filename}2document.xsl either
faq.xml needs to change to faqs.xml _or_ faqs2document.xsl needs to change
to faq2document.xsl _or_ we create a special case.
